Medea is an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality thanks to the cold extraction of 100% Italian olives. Olive trees are located on land owned by the family near Giovinazzo. The entire production process is meticulously controlled by Luigi and Savino Depalo starting from the care of the plant to harvesting. Once the olives are harvested, they are immediately taken to the mill and then pressed within a few hours.
