Medea<\/strong> is an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality<\/strong> thanks to the cold extraction of 100% Italian olives<\/strong>. Olive trees are located on land owned by the family near Giovinazzo. The entire production process is meticulously controlled by Luigi and Savino Depalo<\/strong> starting from the care of the plant to harvesting. Once the olives are harvested, they are immediately taken to the mill and then pressed within a few hours.<\/span><\/p>\n
