Giove is the extra virgin olive oil produced only from olives of the Coratina cultivar. The olives come only from the lands of the Depalo family. After the harvest, the fruits are brought to the mill and milled over a few hours. This allows you to maintain that typical aroma of fresh olives typical of high quality extra virgin olive oils.
La Coratina is a variety of olive trees typical of Apulia, and in particular of the north area of Bari. It is known throughout the world for its very high concentration of polyphenols, powerful natural antioxidants with positive effects on human health.
